Corporate Connect and Emecas sign agreement for joint cooperation
Corporate Connect and Emecas Finance have agreed to closely cooperate on new transactions. The strong position of Corporate Connect in the private equity and private placement market combined with the corporate relationships and deal structuring skills of Emecas Finance is expected to generate substantial synergies. The first joint transaction is a debt raising mandate for an provider of telecom infrastructure sharing services in emerging markets.
